Ripoff charged my bank card without auth 99.90

Website is a ripoff, should have only been charged a shipping fee of 5.95 for a free trial. Later charged my acct 99.90 without my consent.
I called and e-mailed NovaPointe but no one will return my calls or e-mails. The phone number on my stmt with the charges is 800-906-7150, but no response either.
