In my attempt to qualify for a "free" computer, one of the "hoops" I had to jump through was to request a sample of "Corti-Ban" for which I had to give my credit card information and I received the product soon afterward. There was NO documentation included with the product and no directions on how to return it or to receive a refund. After a few days I went to the post office and returned it to the address on the bottle. I specifically requested to be removed from their list and for no charge to occur. The very next day a charge fo $49.95 appeared on my online bank statement.
I called the phone number and listened to a recording telling me that everyone was busy but no opportunity to hold. I was told to call back or leave a message. I left a very clear message to be removed from their list and to credit back the charge to my bank account.
Within a few hours I received an email telling me that I was removed and that there would be no further billings.
Of course that wasn't enough because I still had that charge. I responded to the email requesting to be credited. I've heard nothing back from them and when I call their phone number I'm again told to call back or leave a message.
I'm presently between jobs and can't afford these charges.
I will never again accept offers en-route to a "free" anything!
I will also never do business with Boulder Nature Labs.
