I had taken Herbathin back in the summer and in October reordered and was supposed to receive within six weeks. It is now March and I have received nothing nor can I get in touch with anyone. About a month or so ago I had made a phone call and talked with an individual who told me the pills were back from Brazil and they had to repackage them and I would be receiving them by the end of the week. It has been over a month now and no one will answer the phones there. There is no way to leave a message either. I have made several attempts at emailing and also faxed over as well. Not one person has called me back, however if you go on their website they are now accepting payment thru paypal without you having to even fill out a questionnaire.

Im very upset that there prices went up to $180.00 in which they had no problem in taking back in October and there is now no way to contact them.

My sister has the same problem and she lives in Miami.
