I ordered the Ab Energizer on October 31. After not receiving it for weeks I called and they said it was shipping within 10 days. Again after not receiving it for weeks I called and was on hold for 25 minutes.
The customer represntative told me that they did not show record of my payment which I made with my debit card. I told her that it had been taking out of my account. I told her at that time that I wanted to cancel my order. She said that it would take 30 days to get my money.
I tried to call again to speak to a supervisor and again was on hold after many busy signals. I finally gpt a fax number and faxed my cancellation along with a copy of my bank statement showing that the monies had been taken. I did this twice.
And then after trying to get on their website and the usacomplaints.com came up showing that there were many people out ther with the same problem. I counted it as a lesson.
Just a month ago I finally received the Ab Energizer and one of the Toning units does not work.
What am I to do?
