Ripoff my credit card the day after I cancel my auto -ship orde

This scum-sucking fecal feeding snake oil selling company went ahead and ripped off my credit card for $99.90 the day after I canceled the auto-ship program. It doesn't matter if you read there instructions because they'll still rip you off. I even sent their crappy product back to them per their instructions and they still won't credit back my money. It's impossibile to call their customer service line or e-mail them because you'll never get any response except from a rude woman who says they don't pay her enough to check and see if my return package was received. Anyway I have all the documentation etc. And I am trying to get visa to cover my $99.90. I really hope this company gets prosecuted.
