On or about October 1, I ordered a sample packet of 7 lean life pm capsules @ $6.95. This company mailed a full order of Lean Life pm before the trial period was complete and billed my credit card in the amount of $108.00
On the first attempt in contacting this company I spoke with a person by the name of Christina, who informed me to send the order back via USPS with a delivery confirmation number, and to contact the company with the number and they would inturn issue a full refund. I attempted to contact Lean Life on dozens of occassions to give them the tracking number with no response.
To date (12/21/05) I have not been able to speak with anyone at this company. I believe once your phone number is entered in their system you are automatically blocked from live operators.
