I ordered supplements from Beach Body, which were on their auto ship program. I called the company and canceled the auto shipment and returned the vitamins I received using their instructions. Afterwards, the company continued to charge me for the returned vitamins. I called customer service again and the person I spoke to told me to call back as their computers were down. I called again and was disconnected. I finally chatted with someone through their online chat system and customer service took the information and UPS tracking numbers and said I would receive a credit in 5-7 business days. When I did not receive my credit, I wrote to them again and was assured I would receive a credit. My conversations with customer service started on or about May 20. It is now July 22 and I have not received any credits to my credit card. Business should not be done with these people.
