Ripoff, charged me for product they never delivered, complaints result in shifting blame to drop shipper, but never any resolution

I placed an order in September for a product called Supreme Greens. Payment was charged to my account. According to their website, delivery takes 1-2 weeks.
After four weeks, I filed my first complaint. It was completely ignored, as was the second and the third.
Only after I filed a complaint with their payment processor, Worldpay, did I get a response, which said that their drop shipper lost the order, and it was being shipped.
Two weeks later, I contacted them again, and was told it had been shipped, and they would get a tracking number for me. They never produced a tracking number, I complained again. They told me on November 30 they would correct the matter immediately.
December 19 is today, and I still have not received the product I paid for on September 3.
I have purchased from this company previously, but have never experienced such a total lack of customer support and strongly recommend against any business dealings with these people.
