Very unprofessional and unbusiness like. Ripoff

On 11-12-05 while completing a survey, I was intrigued with the new weightloss diet pill from Biorganics called Lipotrexate. I ordered a 30 day supply at $49.95.

It is now 12-5-05, almost a full month later and I have yet to receive this order. The cost, $49.95, was, however, quickly taken from my credit card account.

I have e-mailed Biorganics on three seperate occasions and have received no response what so ever.

I have called Biorganics and have always gotten a recording, no matter what time I call. I have left a message on their answering machine, but have never received a call back.

I consider their lack of action as very unprofessional. They have had my money for almost a month now. I have to pay interest on that now and still have nothing to show for it.

I am now worried that my credit card information will be used again and I will end up having to cancel the card.

What a hassle to go through. I have requested in an e-mail that my order be canceled and my money credited back to my card.

I truely doubt I will ever see my money back. If I do receive a refund or the product, I will update this report.

My final word: BEWARE I wish I would have checked them out further before ordering the product.
