Ripoff

I placed an order on 10-1-05 with biorganics. It is 10-12-05, I have yet to have received my order, so I called the obviously 'bogus' "toll" free phone number and all I get is that 'this mailbox is full and can no longer take messages.'

I then got concerned and called for directory assistance only to find out the the company did not exist. There was no listing for it. Then I researched a little more and found the 'ripped off' information and noticed that BIORGANICS was one of the companies listed. Needless to say, I am extremely angry about this and would like to know what to do to get the money back that BIORGANICS so quickly took!
