Ripoff, took my money injured me and refused a refund, fraud

I explained to L.A. Fitness my physical health problems and L.A. Fitness promissed me to get me better.instead, with a few sessions I got worse and even injured. I paid $750 plus my monthly membership. I was not able to work out after 4 visits. I have contacted the club and corporate several times and have fallen on deaf ears. I have gotten several promises but have been lies.

I recently mailed L.A. Fitness a disability letter from my doctor and that was ignored also. I called coporate again for the 4th time and the so called membership attendant only gave me the run around and back talk. Therefore, besides being robbed of my money I have wasted my time and got injured with their so called help.

I really believed they were in the health care industry, instead they are in the fraud and ripp-off business.
