Cancels life time membership with Bally's Total Fitness member after 25 years for not honoring childcare services through Kids Club

Hello La Fitness Victims!

My name is Mr L. I am a lifetime member of Bally's Total Fitness of 25 years. I was only a member of La Fitness for 2 days and had my membership terminated under bogus allegations. I want to share with you my experience with La Fitness with a letter my attorney wrote for me to one of it's employees. I do realize that a contract can end with justifiable reason from either party but this allegation really disappoints me that a health club would stoop so low and use this excuse to cancel a contract after 25 years.

Mr. L has a lifetime membership with Ballys Total Fitness, which has transferred to LA Fitness. Mr. Ls lifetime membership included childcare services through Kids Club. On February 15, Mr. L spoke with Gino, general manager of the LA Fitness Kennesaw, GA branch. Gino directed Mr. L to contact Ballys and have them send written documentation to LA Fitness evidencing the included childcare services within his membership. [continued below]...
