Injured 2 times by physical fitness trainers

After being injured 2 times by 2 personal trainers I demanded to be withdrawn from the personal training program in November. I was told I would have to pay the December dues and then the charges would stop.

Well I was charged for Jan, Feb, and March so far.

Company policy mandates no refunds, so we are taking the charge back route.

I still have not been able to use the facilities because of the injuries.

Charging the membership via AMX was really a good idea.
