For ignorant, unprofessional, one-horse town action

My grandmother and I utilized their pharmacy 'services" for approximately 2 years. I gave them chance after chance.

I am fed up, and have since switched, because of their inadeptness and inability to provide medications on time and when requested. Their prices are also way too high, and they fail to follow through with utilizing insurance cards.

When tracking down the medication and it's whereabouts (we are in the middle of nowhere, so it has to be done by mail) it was often found on the shelves, and when I would bring to their attention their errors, it was often met with laughter.

On one occasion I had asked to speak to the supervisor who was surly and rude. Quite honestly, I was truly surprised when the meds would arrive on time.
