Aetna promotes only women. Maybe the general manager has some women's rights issues or something. Time and time again however, open positions for promotion were constantly filled by women. The site leader, all of the team leaders, the customer service manager, the claims manager, all the claims team leaders, the HR department head, the complaints and grievances unit, about 30 people in all, were women. Three men were ever promoted to management positions and both were fired for reasons that nobody who worked under them could fathom. Aenta is poison, they are the worst place on God's green earth to work for. Imagine busting your hump for years and watching your promotions being given to women for no other reason than gender. I, as well as at least 20 other people, sat by and watched as our just deserves were given to others, many of which had worked for Aetna an average of 2 years less than us. All of them women. Trust me folks: That many people? All women? This is no coincidence.
