Exercise Club For Women Curves Refused to Honor Their Contract, then Turned Me over to Collections! Ripoff

My occasional back pain was aggravated by the Curves equipment. I tried to cancel my membership. I submitted all the medical documentation required by the contract. But owner Nancy Santos refused to honor my request.

She turned me over to collections without notice. She refuses to speak to me, saying she has nothing to say about it, that I should call the collections agency.

I go to physical therapy now. I have to sleep sitting up.
