I signed up for one year, after a few visits I called and told the assistant to the owner at Curves for Women it was not for me. After she explained that I would be obligated for the year whether or not I canceled or not, I bit the bullet and just waited till it ran out.

I joined in July; debits should have stopped in July. They have taken money out of my account for TWO years. I didn't notice they were still taking it out because my husband uses my account as well. The owner, Ms Chocklett has met me before, her assistant told me she was told I didn't like Curves, and I only was under contract for ONE year.

Yes, I should have noticed they were still taking the money, but I trusted these people; and I knew I only signed a one year contract. Ms. Chocklett should give me the money back for the extra year of payments she was taking unknown to me.
