Ripoff and fraudulent product

Having to have worn corrective lenses for over 50 years. I took my prescription from Dr. Newcomer one of the best eye doctors in this area to sears optical in Crystal River Florida.

The lady that I talked to insisted on picking my frames. My problem is not the frames it is the opticals. If you turn your head right or left your vision is impaired except when you look directley ahead. I have had 30 pairs of glasses in my life time, but these are absolutley un-exceptable.

I have tried to call but nobody wants to listen. It might be only $267.00 for frames and optics that don't work. Hoping for some kind of comprimise in this issue. I have waited 3 months thinking that maybe my eyes need to adjust to the glasses but that did not happen. I feel that seeing was second to frames in this matter. I have topshelf frames and very poor optics
