Beautiful Skin and Spa - Electolysis

I spent $200 on. Groupon and when I arrived she was not there. She works alone so no way to step inside and wait, to get out of heat/rain. I texted her for a half hour before she finally answered saying she had an emergency And couldn't make it. I totally understand issues come up and need to cancel but a courteous call or text would have been nice as I took time off work to be there. So I simply asked for my money back instead of rescheduling and she will not refund and is now ignoring my emails and texts. While I was left wandering around waiting for her to show up I went into a business next door and was told I was not the first person to come in looking for her, I was told all the neighboring businesses are aware she is consistently late or no shows, which is why I didn't want to reschedule fearing it would happen again. Avoid this group on!
