This was my first time trying to use my groupon codes. I had purchased 2,15 dollar goupons. Both codes show up as invalid codes. So I contact Mixbook directly and they told me to send my receipt via email to their support team. When I didnt get a reply back I decided to call Groupon directly. Even though the service person taking the call was courteous, he left me believing that I should never have signed up for groupon in the first place. He took my email and phone number info and told me he would contact me before business day end. Well its 7:45pm and no email or phone call. He seemed very sincere that he was concerned about my issue but I guess it landed on deaf ears cause he left me with false promises. For being my first time using Groupon and this happens, it just seems that customer service for this company is just like most out there. They just tell you what you want to hear so they get you off the phone. What a shame! I would like to get this resolved. I did my share, you took my money, now I get nothing in return.
