CVS Caremark Mail In service and phone customer service complaints

I sent in a script with form the end of August. They sent me back the WRONG med. I contacted by phone and they sent me a return bag for med and mailed immediately. I still have NOT rcv'd my med - one b. S story after another b. S story - finally told yesterday Oct. 6 that since pharmacy has not yet rcv'ed med, they will NOT send me the med I need! Total incompetence!!!
