Ripoff fraudulent guarantee medication dishonest poor support

While waiting for a dentail surgery, I have been taking vicodin for dental pain so that I may continue to go about my normal life. Last week, I used Online-Scripts.com physician consultation service and online pharmacy to get and full a prescription for vicodin.

Their advertisement offered a 24 hour medication delivery guarantee, which looked pleasing to me as I was about out of my current prescription. After ordering, I had a phone consultation with a physician the next day, and he issued the prescription, which was then forwarded to the pharmacy.

The next day, I did not receive a shipment tracking number, so I contacted their phone support and was assured that I would receive the tracking number by 7:30pm that evening. 7:30 came and went, and I received an email at 11:30pm stating that the pharmacy was out of the medication, and that it would be filled as soon as possible.

I called and spoke with their customer service the next day, and was told that they had a backup from "holiday orders", and that the pharmacy had run out of several products. It seems very strange that people would be stocking up on their prescriptions for New Years and Christmas.

I accepted this, as I was told that it would be shipped the next day, and I would very soon receive a shipping tracking number. The next day came and went, no tracking number in my email. This was Friday, and was the last day that I still had vicodin from a previous subscription.

Today it is Saturday. I spent an hour on hold with this company, and 45 minutes explaining that I am in severe pain and cannot do my work, and asking for a solution, such as sending the prescription to a local pharmacy.

I was told repeatedly that I would have to wait until Monday to speak with a manager who would have more insight into the situation. Unfortunately, this leaves in great pain for a few more days, which I certainly do not want to have to experience. When I asked if they could guarantee that the prescription would ship on Monday, I was told that, "I am not the pharmacy, but what I can guarantee is that you will at some point receive your prescription".

I would NOT recommend this source to ANYONE, particularly those who wish to receive their medication in a timely manner, if at all.
