Charge me $6.95 for a free trail then took $68.00 twice from my account and the product does not work the item was return but money did not

Paid $6.95 for shipping for a free trial of this product
that was to regrow my child father's hair. They send the product, it did not work they told us they would not charge my card again it was a one time charge but they then send us another package of this hair product and charge my credit card Damage Resulting = now my account is overdrawn of 67.95 i still have the package it not open i want to return it and have my money return to my account
