Requesting REFUND through Paypal and Bank of America

I paid for two spells on 7/26 didn't hear anything so the next day I e-mail them and ask am i getting a confirmation or a time when the spells will be done. I get this reply...

Well I already sent the info when I sent payment. I sent it again. Never heard anything back (They say they'll contact you within 12 hours. That was over 48 hours ago.) Tried e-mailing them again yesterday. Still no reply. Then I found this site last night and read about this site being a scam. Also found this site and it opened my eyes to the bull crap that Kimerly Rose is dishing out. There is no such thing as a 'fast spell' and if someone tells you different or gives you an exact time frame to suit your needs it's a scam.

I found and went to a spell caster who sounds a lot more realistic and truthful and doesn't make a claim to a time frame or says you'll get your money back is it doesn't happen. It took a couple hours to get a reply and she's doing it tonight! She is the real deal as far as I'm concrened. More info about scammers. Stop these thiefs If I DO NOT get my money back. I will file a claim with the state attorney in her state and also the BBB. I will also make it my mission to see that anyone who looks for spells are well aware of her so they won't get scammmed. She can make it simple and refund my money or she can make it hard and I don't ever give up on anything!!!

I already contacted my bank and Paypal and filed claims.
