Unsafe practices

On June 28 during the 7pm to 7am shift of the Emergency Room, I observed a registered nurse by the name of Asia, (she is not Asian by the way), not washing her hands after each patient, not donning gloves and starting an IV without gloves and without washing her hands. This is how diseases and bacteria get spread around and it should be stopped immediately.
