CVS Caremark
Cannot access account on-line

I have contacted caremark nurmerous time since january regarding failure to access my account. Here it is 2/10 and still cannot access account. Reply is always that they are working on the problem and it takes time. A new year to purchase new prescriptions and obtain information for tax purposes and you cannot access your account.
