Manager Frank, Stylist Adelle rip-off! Misleading price list! Extremely rude!

The price list on the window quotes $50 for coloring; it wasn't until the stylist had started that I was informed about a $35 increase for the entire head. She was painfully rough while washing, aggressively and unnecessarily yanking at my hair; after which she informed me of the price increase for blow-drying.

I declined the fee and asked for a hair-dryer. She placed me in front of a primitive heater and estimated 3o minutes for drying time. When I asked for a dryer she claimed that it was broken (unless you pay for it.) When I complained, the manager was rude. I paid and left with soaked hair in November.

This salon has no pride in their service or cliental; this would be fine if their prices reflected this. They were pompous and rude with a service that sucked. It was unprofessional and a waste of money.
