Hair Stylist charging different Prices for the same service

They have no price list. I went to get a hair cut about four weeks ago and was charged $22.00 The next time I went for the same exact hair cut and was charged $37.00 and they don't let you put a tip on when you pay with a card. You have to use their Mac Machine which charges you about $2.75 to get a tip out. If they have a price list they need to put it where customers can see it. They need to have set prices for services rendered.
