Minute clinic
Charged Money without removing ear wax and doctor confirmed he has removed it

Health & Medicine

I went to minute clinic at Robinhood road in Winston Salem on 12/08 to remove ear wax for my wife [she was feeling the wax is blocking her ear and she cant hear properly]. We waited for 2-3 hours and finally we went in. Doctor tried to remove the ear wax by forcing water in to the ear was but she was unsuccessful [not even a single bit came out of the ear]. She charged for this and told us to use mineral oil for 3-4 days and ask us to come back.

We again went on 12/12 and it was another doctor this time and we waited for 2-3 hours. This time again doctor tried to remove by forcing water in to the ear and then he got something out of the ear and told us he removed all the wax which was blocking in the ear and he told it is "Crystal Clear". After we returned home my wife still felt something is blocking her ear and I can still find wax in her ear just by using a flashlight.

We called Minute Clinic customer helpline and told them the doctor didn't remove the wax fully and they charged us. Helpline guy told us to visit the clinic again and inform the same to doctor so that they will do it correctly this time.

We again went to clinic on 12/15 and it was again another doctor. We told our entire history to her and then she looked in to the ear and confirmed the wax is still there and she again tries to remove it by forcing the water through the ear. She was also unsuccessful and she told they can't do this anymore and I need to go to an ENT, but again they charged for this.

If they couldn't do it they should have told at the first time itself.instead of it they just charged the money and dint do anything.
