CVS incorrectly stated I was not covered for a flu shot

I went to the CVS pharmacy at 110 Turnpike St in North Andover today to get a flu shot. I moved over the summer and this would have been my first time getting a flu shot at a CVS. The last few years I've gotten it at a Walgreen's without a hitch. I gave the CVS pharmacist my Medicare and Harvard Pilgrim Supplement 1 cards after filling out the flu shot questionnaire. He 'ran the cards through' or so he said and told me it wasn't covered. My flu shot has NEVER not been covered. I called Harvard Pilgrim and explained what had happened. The representative told me it absolutely was covered and suggested I go to a Walgreen's for the flue shot.By the way I have had prescriptions filled at the CVS in question so I'm not a stranger there. I'm very disappointed in CVS to say the least. Please respond.
