Purchased a TOMTOM XXL550 lifetime, around Canada and MExico routes. The concept was obtain more routes when going. Our greatest curiosity is Key Europe, we ofte journey.

Our shock is the fact that lifetime with certification, didn't aplly, was refused recommending it's expired (lifetime terminated??? Less than 9 months).

Than, attempted to purchase/obtain a chart. NEVER worked, attempted a lot of occasions, such a long time, with all information on TOMTOM. Activated TOMTOM HOUSE in Brazil, US, GB... Nothing works Usually refuse my postal code... Zipcode, a buddy tackle in US...

Delivered emails for aid and grievances... No answer whatsoever. Just impossible. Perhaps destroying customer, compelled to purchase another whole gear??? Perhaps but another manufacturer. One which works and truly resolve problems. I will talk and study Language completely. It's not really a subject of comprehhensio. Exausted my efforts. Angela Brazil.
