When i got my money back or when the lawsuit would be pending. I'm not sure on the date of my last post, but my money was refunded into my account today. The 800 # is only a partner business, so to save you time here is the # you need to call for your refund's. The number is 1-888-313-0062. Now this an automated refund center so have your card ready and listen closely at the direction's.
I hope all who has lost money to these rip-off's get's a refund, but i'm afraid alot of people just really don't know where to go and look for their resource's; so keep passing it on to all & good luck to all!:)
