Refund

I received a charge on a credit card I don't use. I have called several times almost everytime being hung up on. Been promised a refund because NONE of my information can be found in the system. Two weeks ago I was promised a refund within 4-5 days. No credit has been issued so I call today and all of the sudden my information is in the sytems and you are saying that I received a confirmation call after ordering. Well that's a load of crap. For starters my computer was not working when the purchase was made. Second the only two people in the home are myself and my 9 year old son. So there was no call placed to my home to confirm a sale. I want my money back now!!!
