Rip offs these 2 companies took money from me dont know who they are 1-$31.98-2-$7.81 internet

I had my checking accounted debited by two diifferent companies I have tried to get my money back but with no luck. I have never been on these websites. I have a payday loan out with a different company and have had no problem and payments are being made but the 2 companies that withdrew money out of my account I have never heard of and never been on there site until I tries to reclaim my money back. I did the ID theft one on may 31st as soon as I noticed the 31.98 deduction out of my account. I filled out refund request 3-4 times since and they tell me they have never received it. Now they say its received but not been approved for pmt. I work hard for my money and cant afford this to keep happening.

The paydayresource center company took out 7.81 out of my account on 6-10-08 and I contacted them ASAP only to get a voice automated message. I left a message and went on there website but have heard nothing back. I keep track of my money and I keep close tabs on my withdraws as I check my balance daily so thankfully I disputed these quickly. The bank is still invesigating them. I made the actually disputes today 06-14-08.

I did what the bank said to try and dispute it through the companies first and then if that didnt work calll them back and that is what I did. I cant afford this to keep happening to me and I dont want anyone else to get burnt by these people.
