I preordered The Sims 3 Collector's Version in the EA shop back about the to begin Feb. It had been launched in early June. They charged my Paypal account your day I requested, however it has become July 16th, and also the purchase CONTINUES TO BE in procedure. I approached them via phone, plus they stated that there have been a lot of purchases these were behind. Nevertheless, them has been around shops for more than per week today! Not just that, but calling them by mail is difficult, while there is a glitch ont their website that makes the e-mail procedure useless.
