Poor service!

On June 8 I put an order for an fast licensed copy of the Start Certificate for vacation reasons. Our charge card was charged on on June 14. The certification support was marketed to be shipped in seven days - 14 days. It's been thirty days. Though I had been released an order confirmation quantity and aimed to monitor the procedure of my purchase I've not had the opportunity to do this online. I approached VitalChek via mail and was informed that my purchase was prepared and that I must obtain mail verification quickly having a Fedex Tracking number. I've had no such contact which was 15 days before. The corporation today has my cash in addition to essential fact info along with a backup of my driver's permit. At this time I don't think that they're supplying the support they promote.
