Complain about the BRICK - Appliances and Furniture

I am writing to complain about the TV which we paid for but never seems to exist at the Brick.

After multiple calls, I am told that this will be available in mid December.

I am still not sure why they refuse to deliver on this promise when we have paid for this in full.

Please help someone who is out there.
The Tv is a 51 in ch Samsung TV $499.00
