The Brick
The brick and poor poor customer service!

OMG where to start. FISRT OF ALL, i asked for my delivery to be on a SATURDAY!!! Specified that the number on the account was not the contact number. The delivery came on a friday, and the contact # they called was the account # phone number... Then when they called to tell me they were waiting for me, i asked them to wait 20 mins, they refused and hung up. Then when trying to f ind out when it would be delivered i got transfered to 4 different departments before SOMEONE gave me the number to call customer care. Then they tell me to rush home someone will be back in 20 mins, so i did, 15 mins later i get a call saying we are going to leave... I was 5 minutes away. Then i tell them i am going to complain and they almost refused to bring my stuff in the house. (a service which i paid for) then they come and drop it off with a BUSTED OPEN BOX, and just leave everything without helping set it up, which they are supposed to do... I will NEVER EVER use the brick again and will tell anyone and everyone i know n ot to as well. What a fucking joke!!!
