Quality of Customer Service - a disrepectful employee/manage

I've already written a review on Measured Up but the gist of it was I had a problem with some advertising of a product and asked to speak to a manager. The manager, who told me his name was "Jason, " said that the advertising was wrong sometimes and that he couldn't do anything about it. When pressed further on the issue he hung up on me. When I called back to get his information, to send in a complaint, he informed me that he had the right to hang up on me because he lived in a free country and that he didn't care if I shopped at Target ever again. He then proceeded to hand up on me a second time.
