Employees rude to couponers - a disrepectful employee/manage

I went to target checker took my coupons all but three she had to call a manager. Mind you she told me she was the manager. So I paid then looked at receipt noticed I was overcharged. So she refunds my money and then refuses to sell me my items back! She said she won't take my coupons. I told her well I bought them you took them and now you changed your mind? That's really bad service. She was so rude, the staff treated me like I had done a crime. She refused to even let me buy items without my coupons! I told her I wanted to talk to a manager higher up, she refused. I got number to corporate office and called in the car. Still waiting to hear back. Seems target doesn't care.
