Baby Furniture - a disrepectful employee/manage

I went in the Target store on Chenal to look at baby furniture. I asked Mary if the furniture on display was in stock. She asked me if I had the item numbers for her to look up. I assumed that was the responsibility of the employee. She finally found the item numbers and phoned the back. She was unable to tell me if the items were discontinued or in stock. The only thing that she was sure of was that this was not her department and I was unable to purchase display merchandise. She did tell me 45 minutes later that I could call the different Target stores to try to find them or drive to them. I reported her to the manager "trainee" that issued me a comment card but was of little to no help. I phoned the company today and spoke to a girl that was unable to speak English and kept interrupting me and telling me that the employee can't look items up without an item number. I was not aware that is MY JOB to do THEIR JOB!!!
