Horrible

I called several times prior to ordering a metal bed frame. I wanted to insure that it would fit my headboard. The salesperson said it is "standard". It arrived and in no way fit. I called and they had no clue what I was talking about. I went to a store, they sold me an adjustable bracket to try to resolve, but it did not work. The company insists that I resolve with the manufacturer. I don't want to deal with this anymore so I am returning. They are making ME pay for shipping. When I told them I should not have to pay because they sold me wrong item, they asked me why I am not complaining to the headboard company! The headboard is standard, while their product is not. They were very rude and unaccomodating.
