Why on Earth can you not do a very simple task? One that involves ordering all the parts and then delivering them. If not, then busting ass to get the product to your customer, TIMELY. I am charging Ashley Furniture $40.00 per day to store their items—you cant call it furniture since it cant be used as such. You Greenwood INDIANA store just plain sucks, I believe you only hire people at the very low end of intelligence, very low, by the way did I say the lowest end enough yet? I hope all follow my very helpful info I posted, theinfo provided will be very costly to you and perfectly legal to do. Do not ever use the word "service" in regards to anything involving your company as that will not be following the definition of the word, therefore you must come up with another word, such as ignoring. That's it the customer ignoring department—much more appropriate.
