I ordered a Wegner Shell Chair. It came in a timely fashion but had some unfinished wood in the rounded curves. I emailed them and they immediately responded. They quickly decided that it was a manufacturing defect and they quickly returned it and I got my full refund. I appreciate their fast customer service and the fact that they backed up their products. I would order from this company, as they will take care of you if you are not happy.
