The customer service people were friendly and helpful. Samples were easily obtained. There were no problems using our State Tax ID number for our purchase, even after we had paid for the order.

Due to a manufacture defect, we were unable to use some of what we purchased. When we brought this issue up to customer service, we were greeted with helpful politeness. They communicated at all times in an easy to understand and friendly way. They swiftly issued a refund for the defective products, and my business and myself are greatly appreciative of this!
