Where do I start? They sent the incorrect shade sofa. I chose to maintain the incorrect one on the basis of the shipping manis guidance since my shade was a unique purchase and might consider another four weeks to obtain. While quarry is available in we'd just exchange them. Four weeks later they appear using the incorrect shade again! They abandon informing me exactly the same tale as before. Being totally frustrated, I stop my purchase. The woman about the telephone informs me it'll be considered a couple of days till they are able to get the sofa. Once they obtain the sofa, they'll approach my credit to my charge card and wells fargo (bobs shop) acct. They g/u sofa on 6/14. Fast forward 30 days, however no credit. They contact me and have once they may come g/u the sofa. I panic informing them-they first got it per month before! Every customer support consultant there's unaware and rude. Our credit has been organized since the factory doesn't understand they've the sofa.in the end this, they contact again and have after I need my sofa sent! Exactly what the? Lastly I enter contact with Laura H. Who's an individual service manager. She promises me-she may solve the problem. Unsatisfied (or thinking her) I contact the Greater business agency. I obtain a from their website through the BBB declaring the credit was prepared on 7/18. This didn't occur. Our records present no such credit. They're laying towards the BBB today. It has been the largest headache actually. They're therefore inexperienced it's absurd. DO NOT ACTUALLY LOOK BELOW, YOU'LL REGRET IT.incidentally, Georgina in customer support was THE WORST!!!
