Pooooooor service - bedroom

Bought a matress box springs and bed room set in early Feb. We have called and called to be told it is on the truck. Never a call from amanager or a customer service rep. They even had the salesman who did his job, call and say now it would be MAY7TH! 4 months and no bed. My new matress and box has sat on the floor. Finally today I "key word I "got ahold of customer service to be told We can pick it up next Sat. Not that I belive them because they had done nothing but LIE to me. They didn't even say, I am so sorry We will deliver for all the hell we put you through just sorry after 4 months. PITIFUL POOOOR SERVICE How do these people keep a business? I have a BBB complaint but they say they don't even know about that!!!
