Ripoff bedroom set & matress garbage! Dont honor warranty!

When we bought our furniture for our new house we went to Jeremy at Got Furniture in peoria on 85th ave and peoria ave. We spent $4000 for a sectional living room table set dining set bedset king size pillowtop mattress (the most expensive one they had there) and amoire. The sectional that was delievered was the someone elses. The next day the gave me the one i had orginally ordered but because they had to come back out to deliver the correct one they wanted to charge me again for the delivery fee. So. I when with a neighbors truck and we picked up the sectional... A couple months go by and a spring pops out the side of this so called "expensive quality pillowtop" matress. I called the store because when i bought it i was told it had a warranty. Well yes it does but i will have to take the mattress to the store and they will send it to the manufacture thus i will be out of a matress for "approximately 2 weeks" they said but "no guarantees"... I explained to them that i was 5 mos pregnant so I definately was not going to be with a mattress and sleep on the floor while the "fix" the matress. Its was a couple of months old and i spent all the money for what... Broke furniture and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unbelievable!!! Then, if that wasnt enough i decided just to buy a brand new serta mattress from sams club instead of sleeping on the floor and donated the other one with the spring popped out... Well when i got home i opened my armoire drawer and the bottom fell out! Bad quality furniture and very bad customer service! Never buy from GOT FURNITURE!!
