Terrible manage

Recently I shopped at the Empire Center Target store in Burbank, CA. I was purchasing a baby crib set that came with a free mattress. Long story short, this branch ran out of the free mattresses, we needed a mattress so we asked the manager for a solution. The manager on duty at the time was a tall, thin, greasy-looking Armenian guy named Aran. Aran is a terrible manager and a complete and utter fool. My pregnant wife and I waited for three hours for our "mattress situation" to be resolved. Aran, the world's worst manager, consistently spoke down to us, refused to offer us a comparable mattress of another brand (that was in stock!) and proceeded to pawn off our problem to his employees, forcing us to re-explain everything over and over again. Then, he simply clocked out and left for the day, without even a thought to two customers who had been waiting for two plus hours for him to resolve the situation. I will never deal with that Armenian creature again.
