Dont buy cot bed mattress from Toys R Us - Mattress

I purchased Pocketed trio cot bed mattress from ToysRus.in the instructions it was given that I could wash the cover (made of 100% cotton) in washing machine upto 60 C. After using for a month I washed it at 40 C in delicates. I did not do the tumble dry. After it got dried I tried to fit mattress back into the cover and it was not possible to do, as it shrink. When I did that forcefully mattress turned into U shape with lot of folds on the mattress. So I took it to customer service and the manager was not at all helpful, she was so rude that she even did not want to hear what I was saying and left while I was trying to explain the problem. On the top of this, she even told me to put my baby (1 year old) on that uneven bed so that bed will come back to its normal state.
I requested to atleast contact the manufacturer and get me the top cover. But she even refused to do that.

I'm not left with no option but to spend another £130 to get another mattress.
